Through these Terms and Conditions, María Serrano Franco, identified with NIT 700055856-3, Registration 21-794101-01 and main address in Medellín, Antioquia (hereinafter “ORA ORA”), in her capacity as owner of the ORA ORA brand and the electronic commerce platform (hereinafter the “platform”) available at: oraora.com.co, makes explanatory information about the platform available to you. and the regulations for its use and access, as well as information about ORA ORA brand products, sold through the digital platform or the stores in which its products are sold.
The law applicable to these Terms and Conditions is the law of the Republic of Colombia, and this platform is directed mainly to residents located in Colombian territory. For the purposes of the information contained in these Terms and Conditions, “User” is understood to be the person who enters and uses the oraora.com.co website by their own means. Without prejudice to the foregoing, a User is, in principle, any buyer of ORA ORA brand products, who uses as a means of purchasing goods on the virtual platform that ORA ORA has made available to them.
ATTENTION: IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WE REQUEST YOU TO REFRAIN FROM USING OR BROWSING THIS PLATFORM. ACCESS AND USE OF IT INVOLVES FULL ACCEPTANCE OF ITS CONTENT AND THE OBLIGATIONS ESTABLISHED HEREIN.
The ORA ORA platform is designed as a space for Users to consult and learn about the brand's products, with the purpose of acquiring them through distance sales. By using the platform, the User agrees to do so in a responsible, appropriate and lawful manner, refraining from engaging in the following conduct:
a) Using the platform's content for purposes or effects contrary to the law, morality, generally accepted good customs or public order.
b) Reproducing, copying, publishing, distributing, transforming, modifying or carrying out any type of exploitation of the platform's content, whether in whole or in part, without express authorization.
c) Deleting, evading or manipulating the copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property data of ORA ORA or its owners, as well as the technical protection devices or information mechanisms incorporated in the platform's content.
d) Use the information obtained through the platform, including the products, to distribute, transmit, modify or use it for commercial purposes, direct sales or unauthorized disclosure, as well as refrain from marketing said information in any way.
e) Use the platform or the products offered on it for illegal activities, contrary to these Terms and Conditions, or harmful to the rights of ORA ORA, other users or third parties. Any action that damages, overloads, disables or deteriorates the platform, affects the experience of other users, or harms the sale of the brand's products is also prohibited.
f) Provide false information, impersonate identities or use fraudulent data when creating a user or password, or when making purchases through the platform.
Failure to comply with these provisions may result in sanctions, suspension of the User's account and/or legal action, as appropriate.
COMMUNICATION CHANNELS FOR THE EXERCISE OF RIGHTS / QUESTIONS, COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

Please note that once you inform the responsible area within the Company, depending on which of them your request is addressed to, the query, request or complaint will be processed.
Your request or petition in relation to your personal data must be attended to within a maximum period of five (5) business days from the receipt of the request or petition. For the correct and complete consideration of your request, request or claim, we ask you to attach the identity of the applicant, their identification number, the address for notifications/responses and the documents you wish to assert.
If your request or petition does not have sufficient data and facts that allow ORA ORA to attend to it correctly and completely, you will be required within five (5) business days following receipt of the request, petition or claim to correct its deficiencies. After five (5) business days have elapsed from the date of the request, if you as the applicant have not corrected as required, ORA ORA understands that you have withdrawn your request.
UPDATE
This policy was modified and updated on December 3, 2024. ORA ORA reserves the right to modify and update these terms and conditions in compliance with Law 1480 of 2011, subsequent regulations that modify, regulate or update.
