SHIPPING & DELIVERING
Shipping and delivery will be carried out through the following transport companies: FedEx, DHL, Servientrega, Deprisa or Logysto or the one that ORA ORA considers pertinent and effective to complete the delivery.
ORA ORA will deliver your order to the exact address within Colombian territory that the User has provided for such purposes at the time of purchase, and in the event that said address corresponds to a building, complex or residential unit with a doorman; or a hotel or hostel with a reception; the User accepts that the delivery will be made at the doorman or reception.
Orders placed through this website cannot be claimed in multi-brand physical stores that sell ORA ORA brand products. ORA ORA can only deliver to an address that corresponds to an exact nomenclature, which is provided by the User at the time of purchase. ORA ORA is not responsible for lost orders when the User has provided an incorrect address at the time of purchase.
Orders cannot be sent in different shipments or to different addresses. Each shipment made by ORA ORA, corresponding to orders made by the User, will constitute an independent distance sales contract for products, therefore, several orders cannot be combined in the same shipment.
The estimated delivery time is based on normal social, economic, political and geological conditions, both internal and external, that may affect the delivery of an order to the address provided by the User. ORA ORA does not guarantee with complete certainty the delivery of an order in a time less than that stipulated. The applicable estimated delivery time will be stipulated in the Shipping and Returns section, and is also available in the checkout before finalizing the payment.
ORA ORA does not guarantee the change or update of the delivery address after the order has been paid by the User. In the event that the User notifies the need to change the shipping address, ORA ORA will proceed with the request depending on the status of the order, as long as it is still possible.
ORA ORA provides the User with the information related to the shipment (tracking number and carrier) via email, thus notifying about the dispatch of the package with the estimated delivery date. Therefore, in the event that the order is delivered, but the User has a claim regarding not having received it, the User must contact and inform ORA ORA within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from the date of delivery of the package according to the assigned shipping guide. In this case, ORA ORA will carry out the respective investigation with the carrier to identify any possible error in the delivery and try to locate the package.
Taking into account the current policies for claims by carriers, after this established period, if the carrier provides proof of delivery and all the information is in accordance with what was requested by the customer at the time of purchase, ORA ORA will not be responsible for the package.
Shipments will only be sent to addresses within the geographic coverage area of delivery established by ORA ORA.
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, with some exceptions. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the order may take longer than stipulated above. In such cases, we will send an email to the User informing them of the situation.
Orders placed through the platform cannot be claimed in physical stores.
SHIPPING METHODS:
We offer standard, express or local courier shipping methods according to the customer's needs.
DELIVERY TIMES:
a) Standard shipping: 4-6 business days. Applicable for main cities (Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Santa Marta, Bucaramanga and Cali). Other cities from 5 to 10 business days.
b) Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on location and local customs regulations. To verify the terms and conditions of international shipping, please check the ORA ORA international website.
In the event that you receive your product with a manufacturing defect, you have a term of 15 calendar days to notify ORA ORA about said event by email at services@oraora.com.co.
We guarantee products free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 calendar days from the purchase. Warranty is understood to mean those changes that result from a factory defect in the product. Damages caused by normal wear and tear resulting from the use of the item; by improper use of the item or those resulting from not following the garment care instructions will not be accepted under warranty.
For purchases made on the website, the User may make the request by sending an email to services@oraora.com.co indicating the order number, explaining the situation presented and images or videos where the damage can be seen.
ORA ORA will respond to this request within a period of up to five (5) business days. Depending on the case, inventory availability and the customer's needs, the product will be exchanged under warranty or the money will be refunded.
